Rain is the rudest most arrogant staff member Ive ever come across. He leaves rude and abusive voicemails and texts . Had to cut the call as I was in a work meeting and he continue to send rude texts yelling at me for cutting the call and not signing up.
Worst goodlife. No stair master. Cardio equipments are ancient. Machines are ancient. I hate the posture of all the leg machines at this gym. I was not even knowing that there is a brand called Nautilus until now. I was a long time member of goodlife wantirna, loved it. Goodlife Knox is also good. Waverley park is the worst. I believe the space is good but instead of having 50 unused treadmills, dump some, get stairmasters and some pulley machines and other strength machines. I always see about 80% of treadmills free as they are ancient and boring. Time to upgrade guys. They got only 2 pulley machines for a gym at this location is a pity. Most other goodlife gyms got atleast 3. Please dump all the nautilus machines and get some good Matrix ones like the other goodlife. I know that its good to have ancient strength equipments but if they are of a good reputable brand. I have been working out for 4 years, have tried more than 10 gyms in different countries, equipments here are the worst.
Love my local. Has great equipment and enough for everyone to use even during busy times.
I was a member here for 5 years and since Goodlife came along it has gone downhill fast. Overcrowded , weights dumped everywhere,too much PT, never any free lockers, high turnover of staff (3 managers in under 6 months), old creaky weights equipment, outdated cardio machines, smelly toilets and showers, nowhere to park, too many members allowed in at one time, shrinking group gym classes, PT always filming their clients and claiming they own the gym.No to mention $750 a year for this inconvenience. But the staff have always been friendly, just dont get too friendly with them, youll be disappointed when they are fired or leave.
Horrible equipment, lack of equipment, severe lack of basic cleanliness, have seen old bandaids left on the floor for a week, never seen a staff member clean a piece of equipment, constant random over charging of my credit card with no staff member able to offer an explanation why, have ceased going here, started to called 2 weeks ago to cancel the membership and have heard nothing since, called several times to be told someone will be in touch, no one calls, still taking money, do not go to this poorly run or poorly maintained gym, you can keep the extra money you keep taking and keep this review for as long as you're still in business
