I LOVE training here, the trainers really know their stuff and always manage to push me that little bit harder each session. I feel like Im part of a team, all of the members are really friendly aswell - I also never expected to see such a huge variety of fitness levels and ages all in the same classes. The facility is always really clean and well maintained, and the equipment actually works (had a bad experience at another gym with equipment always being out of order and unusable- long story!). The training sessions are different every time I come so I dont have to think ahead, just come after work and train hard. Highly recommend F45 Mulgrave
I've been going to F45 Mulgrave for around 10 months now. F45 itself is such a good program that incorporates weights and cardio, with no two sessions being the same. Which is great for those like me who want to work out but need variety to stay interested! Brad and Monica have created a really comfortable environment to exercise in and they are super approachable. It's like a little family in there, highly recommend!
The staff are so lovely here and really make you feel comfortable. Makes working out a lot easier when you have friendly faces helping you.

Would give 0 stars but not an option.Head trainer/owner takes little responsibility or care in training members.He spends more time taking photos and videos to try and build his business as opposed to taking time to correct form and help with training.He takes no responsibility for the cleanliness of his studio and bathroom facilities associated with his studio.e.g. Dirty urinals, no hand soap, no toilet paper, trainers not washing their hands after going to the bathroom, not wiping down equipment after every class.When questioned about it says its not his problem.F45 as a Brand is great and we At honest reviews love the concept.The Mulgrave studio however is a major scar for the F45 name and we recommend not to go there.
