Great range of groceries. Fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, fish, deli and cooked chicken. Ample checkouts, for quick service. A help desk, come customer service counter also. Definitely a great range and fairly priced selection of fresh flowers to choose from. Easy access from car parking area. Ample parking.
Reason for 4 stars is because the store looks great the night fillers work hard. The lower rating is for the front of house team as they are lazy and behave like it is an inconvenience to help if self serve checkout has an issue.After multiple visits and it's my local, it seems the night crew would prefer to stand where the cigarettes are and talk amongst themselves than supervise the self serve checkout.
Absolutely horrible service here ... Went in AFTER shopping at aldi and Coles ( as a normal person would) got my groceries after wondering round trying to get help from non existent staff members) ..went to use there so called ," fast self service" item would not scan after 4 tries ... decided to cancel it all and go through a checkout( like a human being) all of a sudden an "assistant " appears and asks me what's wrong I explained the situation and she takes me to the front of the store and proceeds to tell another girl to scan my groceries " and check his bags for items not paid for" ... When I questioned this she stated that she had seen me prepared to leave without payment ...which is not what had happened ... I was simply frustrated with there self serve ... Explaining the situation only got me the stock answer " it's store policy " asked for the burden of proof that I was a thief ( her words ) her answer ( it's store policy) never again wooworths ...
Great produce, always fresh. There's also good wine selection in the liquor store. There always specials on wines and groceries.
