Excellent service
Brought a pre owned switch recently, it had an issue where all the games I purchased for it would crash. I called up the next day to ask for an exchange/ refund but the employee refused and claimed I would have to contact Nintendo support! I went to eb at chadstone and they swapped it straight away. Not sure if they guy at Brandon park just couldn't be bothered doing his job but I won't be coming back any time soon. Only reason why 1 stars is because it was a quick pickup after I ordered it
