Terrible experience for a passport interview, the particular man I had to deal with was awful. I was asking questions as I had never had to apply for a passport before, he was extremely rude and condescending. I asked if I was born here and had a Australian birth certificate, doesn't that mean I'm a citizen? He turns around to me and says you're not a citizen, just because you were born here, doesn't make you a citizen. I understand I had another issue to why I couldn't get the passport, but the way I was spoken to was so bad. I couldn't even finish the conversation, I walked off raging and even still his screaming while I was walking out. Overall it was this one particular clerk, that has made my experience awful. Definitely don't recommend this post office for any interviews in future.
shocking service. one of the ladies serving there has got attitude. if i have a choice, i would never visit that shop any more.
I bet all the negative comments here are all referring to only ONE tall asian man in his 40's-50's,definitely the rudest australia post staff we have ever encountered. He doesn't belong to the frontline as his customer service is ZERO.The experience my friend and I had with this particular man was very terrible.on their online website tracking stated parcel is awaiting collection and upon collection this man told her parcel is not yet there when my friend said about the tracking that its ready for collection he said it wasn't really there and even said that she should used the post office where her address belongs to.Terrible!Terrible! It would've been okay if we were treated rightfully explaining to us that we have to wait a little bit further we can understand that because we have been nice when we approached him. other staffs are nice and approachable ONLY this man is the problem of the store.
Just a friendly call to inquire about passports, the staff that answered, was soooo rude, she did not let me finish, she interrupted stated "I can't do I can't do", and hung up. Absolutely poor communication phone service.
The service was terribly slow.. I dont understand what makes them slowing the service while all that I want just to picked up my parcel.. While the other staff also busy chatting with the customer did not even care about the long queues or having sense of urgency..
