First of all I will say the hairdressers are lovely but the service I got here was terrible - I paid 200 dollars for half a head of blonde foils and a hair cut neither of which you can tell - I went out the same night and not one person noticed any difference with my hair - after looking after my husband from 3 cancer operations in the last few months thought I would treat myself as my hair did look a bit like orphan Annie - I booked in for blonde foils and hair cut - $200 dollars when I left no blonde in my hair and to be honest I look like I could use a hair cut - I did go back the next to express my unhappiness but this was not meet with the best customer service - Then I was told the hairdresser said I wanted caramel blonde - which I never mentioned nor heard of - but of course when I explained this I got the impression I was not believed - Would not recommend this salon to anyone - and have certainly been telling everyone I can about my story - Update to this it seems you are not allowed to express your opinion received a text from the store saying that if I leave my bad review up they will do nothing to rectify the issues I have had with them - I guess they have no trouble what I would perceive as blackmail to make me take down an honest account
I'd like to start by saying thank you to the fantastic apprentice, who fix a terrible haircut performed by a so-called professional at the QV shop. the service I revived was professional and she wouldn't let me leave till it was done to her level of quality. best hairdresser I've ever been to! Excellence cut and excellent customer service. thanks again.
Lovely staff. Very efficient hair dresser. Worth a visit
Bought $120 of tapes (5packs) for my extensions and the tapes don't even stick. After many falling out all I was only helped with one replacement packet of tapes to manage the 80 tapes that are falling out. I Was blamed for the product fault claiming I somehow managed to let it happen after years of this never happening with any other brand. The staff don't take any responsibility for selling me dodgy products but instead blame the customer. Worst hairhouse warehouse store I've ever shopped at and will be the last one ever.
