- Hit & miss with customer service. I previously shopped at Amart Nunawading and when I purchased a lot of furniture at one time, that particular store waived the shipping cost. When I mentioned this to the sales agent at Amart - Springvale, he told me "You can go get the furniture from there then" - I ordered a rug, centre table and TV stand on 18th, August. Full payment was taken immediately and I was told 2-3 weeks on the centre table and TV stand, and 3-4 weeks on the rug. - Well, today it is 1st October and I still haven't received my rug. When I call then, they keep saying 1-2 more weeks and this past weekend they said another 3-5 business days. - The customer service agent tells me "this delay isn't in our control" A joke of of a Supply Chain. It's all manufactured in China anyways. Might as well go to a place where the delivery timeframe is guaranteed.
They have an exceptionally good customer service. One of the biggest stores with a wide selection of items. Visited there a multiple number of times to decide what to buy and every time they were very helpful and answered all of our questions. They did not push us to buy anything and gave us all the time we need to roam around the store. Staff member Madeline was very helpful on the day we went to place our order and she helped us to find the best deal. Overall, we had a really good experience at Amart Mulgrave.
I purchased some outdoor wicker dining chairs last month from your store. The sales assistant, Ms Renee was a great help to me. Not only did she very patiently answered my questions and gave me a good price, but also very willingly and tirelessly took repeated measurements and helped me decide what would fit into my alfresco area. She was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable about the products and I was very satisfied with my purchase because of her help. Your store has very good range and the prices are very fair. I will recommend your store to my friends.
Great service, was given our own personal consultant to show us what we were looking for even with only 10 min before close. Not pushy at all and also really patient and thorough with our order. Also gave us our own personal time to check our furniture too! Requested delivery for the Saturday, and followed through exactly as informed in the store. Sat morning, a text one hour prior. Friendly and down to earth delivery guys. Thanks so much for being the only furniture store I have ever enjoyed going to! Amart is an A+ :)
